A Clinical Psychologist by training, I have 17+ years of experience in Drug Development, ranging from leading global teams in Clinical Research, Project Management, Line Management & Clinical Practice.

 
Previous to working in the pharmaceutical industry, I practiced in the clinic; treating patients in both in- and out-patient settings.  I also served as Director of a Behavioral Health Research Department in a mid-size community hospital for over 5 years.

Having worked in both large pharma and small biotech, I have particular interest and expertise in drug development partnerships / alliances, having overseen collaborations between pharma/ biotech with the NIH as well as the U.S. Military. My therapeutic areas of drug development experience have included: central nervous system (CNS), oncology, cardiovascular, infectious disease and blood products.
